Maysek & Moran, Inc. maintains a business continuity plan (BCP) designed to address interruptions to our normal course of business operations.  Depending on the scope and severity of a possible disruption which cannot be predicted in advance, our firm's plan remains flexible.  Our BCP is reviewed, tested, and updated periodically.  In an emergency situation you can reach our main office by phone at (212-370-0505).

If we have a firm-only business disruption, a disruption to our New York City building or to our local business district we will proceed to our disaster recovery site where we have in place robust backup facilities for our data processing and telecommunications.  If there is a city wide or regional disruption, we will proceed to our remote operational site where our alternative telecommunications/data processing capability can be accessed.

All of this information will be communicated via our website assuming we can update the information on a timely basis.  Since our BCP utilizes a live, back-up system that operates on different telecommunication and utility networks, it should be fully functional as soon as any disruption occurs.
